I come out myself and look at how the new concrete ties into what's already there and where the water runs, because that's usually why old slabs fail. You get a written estimate that breaks the job into its parts, so you know what you're paying for before we start.
Say go and we build it
Once you say go, we find out which city or county office covers your address and tell you plainly who'll handle the permit and inspections. Then our own crew does the work with me running it, and we walk the finished job with you.
